Here's another Valentine card..... You'll be seeing lotsa this on my blog until the actual day, I suppose ;P

I'll take a break from it once in a while but I'm kinda having fun with my new PTI stamp sets (well, they are not very new.... they were supposed to arrive much earlier but was detained by customs).

My best friend came over with her husband to play with Tinsel today :) We went for Japanese before coming over to my place. Tinsel was in a cranky mood tonight, though. Keep wanting to bite people. Got smacked a few times by me in front of my friends... :P Well, he can't bite my friends, right?

About slightly more than a month from now, there's going to be 2 occasions to celebrate for the Chinese in Malaysia :) This year, Chinese New Year falls on 14th February which is also Valentine's Day!

What a coincidence, right?

Anyway, I've started making some Valentine's Day cards for sale.... there's more that I will update over the course of the days and oh, I did upload a blog on a card set about a week or so ago? Those can be Valentine Day cards too (hugs & kisses... that sorta things) :)

RAK

There's almost nothing I love more in the world than to receive snail mail.... and of course, if it's an RAK, it  makes it even more special :)

And this week, I had 2 RAK :) One from dear Cindy and the other from dear ~Amy~ all the way from the US. I 'met' both of them through our common love of card-making and blogging and I am very, very fortunate to 'know' them. Isn't it wonderful to make friends online? Friends you have not yet met physically and our way of communication is through blogs & emails? :)

Raspberry Suite Colour Challenge #21

There's a new Raspberry Suite Colour Challenge.... come to think of it, I haven't really joined any challenges at all for the past month or so... my bad. But thank you still for coming back to check on my blog (those of you who does anyway, appreciate it very, very much! :) ).

This time round, Dawn's choice of colours are so soft and sweet.... I almost am not sure how to match them! :) 


Here's my take on it.... I added some prisma glitter on the soft yellow colour (I coloured it with Copic) on the butterfly's wings.... I hope that's ok :)

Starbucks, Changi Airport

Am currently sitting in Starbucks, Changi Airport with my current favourite drink (Caramel Macchiato), a book (still reading Twilight), my Mac and free wireless connection :D

It all equals bliss.... of course, it would have been a whole lot better if hubby is with me...

I know it's the first day of the new year and all but I had to come down to SG to get some stuffs done, which I'm more than happy to do so :)  Woke up at blinking 430 am to get ready, out of the house at 530 am (a BIG TQ shout-out to Hubby for driving me), reached the airport at 630 am for check-in and waited for my flight.... Reached SG at 845 am and the day started (!)  :)

Was walking in Raffles Place (i think) and saw a craft shop but darn, it was not opened... eventhough the sign says that they're open until 600 pm today... Liar... the shop was dark and I tried walking back there after 15 mins but it was still dark :( 

So sad... it would have made my day if I could go in and browse the craft selections that they have available.... well, maybe next time....

I shall continue my wait for my flight.... man, life is good when there's a good book, a hot cup of coffee and free internet! :P
