Arts For Grabs

I'm going to be at the Arts for Grabs (AFG) with my friend, Alvin, showcasing (of cos all items are for sale) our artwork. Alvin takes great pictures and this time around he's showcasing his pictures of sceneries & sunsets around the world :)

As for me, I'm showcasing my handmade cards, notecards, gift tags, altered photo frame and chimes. Gonna be offering classes to make mini albums & stuff too. Come along, have a look and see if anything from our booth tickles your fancy!

Location : Annexe Gallery, Central Market

It's at the building adjacent to Central Market at the back... Just walk through Central Market to the back, take the lift to the 2nd floor or walk up the stairs to the top floor.

Time : 12noon - 8-pm

There'll be a lot of other indie artists showcasing their  wares too! Come! Have fun! Chat with us! We want to see you!!! :D

Ipoh Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan

The whole family including the uncles, aunties and cousins went on a road trip to Ipoh one weekend. 4 car convoy. Had lotsa good food, stuffed ourselves until we could eat no more. Went to Ipoh Parade to hide from the afternoon sun, visited the Osim there and had our massages (on the chairs, whatchamacallit... you name it).

Took lots of pictures but only one with me in it. Thank God it was ok taken.... I think there's me in my cousin's camera. Will 'steal' the pictures from her soon :P

Grandma's Birthday Celebration

Last week was my grandma's birthday and all my relatives came to KL to celebrate her birthday with her :)

It's always nice to have family gathering :) All the uncles, aunties and cousins together, joking, laughing and sharing a moment together. We even made a day trip to Ipoh just to eat and have fun the next day. I'll share the photos of the Ipoh trip sometime in the near future.

Here are some of the photos taken when we celebrated Grandma's birthday :) We had the cake-cutting in Unc's house.

New Year Shout Out!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!!

Here's wishing everyone who drops by my blog a VERY HAPPY & BLESSED NEW YEAR! May the coming year be filled with more love than can be contained, more wealth than expected, great health to enjoy each day of the next 52 weeks & last but not least, great friends to spend it with (be it offline or online *winks*)

I've made some really nice online friends through this blog the past year and I really am thankful for that. In the coming days of 2009, I hope to meet & make more online friends from all over the world :) Cultural exchange is always a good thing :) Of course, I do hope to make more 'real-life' friends here too :P

Earlier when I flipped through my moleskine, I realized that I have achieved some of the items on my wishlist :) Quite a good feeling..knowing I managed to strike some items off my wishlist :) however, there's more to be achieved and more things to be added. Can't just settle, can I? hehe... Life goes on and as it does, we have to set our goals accordingly...
