Hi Eileen, I bought this from Blick Art Shop here in Los Angeles but I believe that you can get it from CzipLee, Bangsar as well. I bought my first water brush from CzipLee in 2011 when I was in Malaysia :)Hope this helps. Anything else, email me at evelintee@gmail.com
