CP Sketch #13

Headache and low blood pressure kept me at home today. Slept almost the whole day but decided that I should at least do something and not while the whole day away so.....

I made a card :)

Have been following Card Pattern's blog since last month, I think and this is the first time I'm participating in their Sketch. Making a card based on a ready sketch is challenging but in a way helps as well. Maybe I'm inexperienced so I still took a very long time to complete this card. But I'm loving it.

Cut out the flowers and attached them using double-sided tape to make them pop. Also added VersaMark Dazzle in frost to make the card sparkly.

One of the cards I love the most so far :)

Second Thoughts

Finished the "Tales of Beedle the Bard" in one sitting. Feeling that it's a waste of money because I would have been able to finish it in MPH and not spend the money to buy it. Maybe I should sell it on eBay or something. Was thinking of buying it to complete the Harry Potter series but am having second thoughts now.

Any one wants to buy it? It's only been read once :P

Mother's Day Cards

Mother's Day is around the corner.....

So, I made these 2 cards yesterday. I know it's a little bit late but I am accepting orders till 5th April, Tuesday @ 6pm. Orders will be closed from then so that I can complete the orders.

You have 2 designs to choose from. MD0001 & MD0002. I will try to accommodate if you want different shades of colours. That will depend on the cardstock I have available.

Cards will be ready by Friday for collection :)

Time for a break

Time to take a break. A breather from daily happenings.

Thank GOD for a long weekend.

I can indulge in card-making and browsing the internet for more ideas.

Well, I will need to catalogue my cards and to keep a record of the measurements and designs, as well, in my Moleskine.

Am trying to be more systematic.

At least I will have something to refer to in the future should I want to create a design previously done.

I have made so many cards recently *prouds of self..finally*. Had one custom design sold and one more to be picked-up this weekend. More orders/sales to come? :)
